To purchase or renew your subscription, click on "Get It Now" and provide your username and password. Then, choose a payment method and pay to activate your account.

If you have not renewed your subscription, your account & access will be disabled. If after 30 days of not renewing, all data and the account will be deleted. We highly advise you to renew your subscription ahead of time.

Yes, you can upgrade from Starter to the Basic or Premium plan, and all your data will not be affected.

Although we are partnered with them, it is your responsibility to create an account with them. We don't have any overview of their processes and policies.

Connect your MikroTik router to the myFiber Omni EMS by using a public static IP, setting up port forwarding on the ISP modem, or using VPN. Follow the provided configuration steps for the router and GSM modem.

Aside from the SSH Port Forwarding, nothing much. We will use your existing setup and your PPPoE Profiles on your Mikrotik.

For any other MikroTik configuration, we do not do any configurations. Responsibility of configuration rests upon you. If you're having trouble with your network, we suggest consulting a Certified MikroTik Consultant.

To add multiple routers, purchase additional routers under your account. The new router will appear in the drop-down list, showing its identity or router number.

This is currently being added and will be available soon.

However we support all GSM modems compatible with MikroTik routers via USB or serial port. We recommend the USB SIM-800 modem, available on Shopee or Lazada.

As of the moment, no. But we are planning to add these features soon.
